These are a Pair of Large French Arts and Crafts antique wall candle sconces, the brackets have decorative Gothic detail with an arm carrying a large candle sconce which has a decorative drip catcher
The Sconces have a gilt finish and are 14” tall and 3” wide and 18” deep.
