A pair of Gustavian pine chest of drawers with fluted side posts and upper dentil molding, all raised on decorative feet. Note the addition of a unique semi-circle panel added to the top of each.
The newer, professionally applied layered black painted finish is all perfectly distressed to fit the age and grace of this decorative pair of chests.
Restored and ready for use, drawers function and open with two brass pulls each.
All nicks, scratches, cracks, distress etc. is reflective of age and use and does not detract from the function nor elegant appeal of this striking pair of chests which may also serve as nightstands or even flanking consoles.
