Vintage Design
This antique Chinese carved wooden panel dates back to circa 1860. It originated from Shanghai, and was crafted from beech wood with a light finish, while its darker decorative accents give it depth and wonderful contrast. The centerpiece depicts a single relief figure in a ‘ruyi’ shape, surrounded by a floral pattern in open carving.
