Vintage Design
The series of “Touch Glass” glasses was designed by Angelo Mangiarotti for the Colle Cristalleria now known as Collevilca. The glasses were designed with the intention of making the gesture of keeping them in the hands pleasant. In the drawing there is Angelo Mangiarotti’s skill in governing the project, even the most complex forms in his hands do not lose the consistency of the idea nor bend to the rigidity of the drawing. The set consists of 6 whiskey glasses, in the same series we also have the 6 vodka glasses, 6 liqueur glasses and 6 cognac glasses, the various models are visible in one of the photos.
4 of the glasses are vintage (Cristalleria Colle), 2 are of new production (Collevilca), the differences are visible both in the overall photo and in the two models in comparison, the thickness of the crystal of the new glasses is greater.
